Pest Control Price Guidelines

The prices listed here are guidelines based on average homes in our area. Actual prices may differ, and a free estimate will provided at the time of inspection. Prices marked with a plus ( + ) sign are starting prices. The actual price may be higher based on the size or complexity of the job.

After the initial service, an ongoing service will be offered either three or four times a year. Prices start at $95.99 for insect and bug control three times a year. You can add mouse control on a four-times a year plan. Rodent control-only service starts at $75.00 per visit.

Because of their unique nature, a home must be measured and inspected before an estimate can be provided for termite treatment. Please contact us to make an appointment.

 

Termite Inspections

Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection reports for real estate transfers, FHA, VA, and HUD loans are $95.00.

 

Bedbug Treatment

Prices for bedbug treatment start at $150.00 a room, with a $450.00 minimum. The initial inspection / estimate is performed by a human. On the day of the treatment, a second inspection will be performed by a bedbug inspection dog. You home will be bedbug-free, or you get your money back.

Eco-Friendly, "Green" pest control solutions using natural, organic pesticide products are available. Prices start at $49.95 a month. Seven monthly treatments per year are generally required for organic insect and bug control.
