The Hitman Pest Control offers convenient, economical quarterly pest control plans for the most common household pests, as well as customized pest control plans for unusual pest problems.

Our standard quarterly pest control plan includes control and protection against ants, beetles, hornets and other wasps, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, cockroaches, earwigs, house flies, ladybugs, mice, millipedes, pill bugs and spiders.

Expanded coverage is also available, and includes protection against carpenter bees, fleas, moths and pantry pests, as well as monitoring and early detection of termites.

 

How it Works

Our standard home pest control plan consists of four quarterly services that usually can be performed entirely from outside your home. The great majority of pest problems can be prevented by conscientious exterior treatment.

Concentrating on exterior treatment is advantageous to homeowners because it minimizes interior pesticide applications and ismore convenient. But you're still covered at no additional cost if pest problems do occur inside your home. Just give us a call and we'll schedule an interior treatment at no additional charge.

A typical quarterly service plan consists of the following treatments:

• Spring Service. The spring service focuses on pest prevention. It includes spider web removal,dusting cracks and crevices that can provide pest harborage and access, pest exclusion (sealing holes and other openings through whichpests can enter your home), a full perimeter treatment, and inspection and/or treatment of interior areas, if needed.

• Summer Service. The summer service targets seasonally-active summer pests such as wasps and bees.It also includes web removal and dusting as needed, full exterior perimeter treatment, and inspection and or treatment of interior areas, if needed. Treatment may accomplished using spraying, dusting, baiting, or other methods, depending on the individual account and client preferences.

• Fall Service. The autumn pest control visit focuses on preventing pests from entering the home to overwinter. This helps prevent pest problems over the winter, and also helps preventcertain pest problems the following spring. This service includesweb removal and dusting as needed, full perimeter treatment, inspection and sealing of pest entry points (up to one-inch diameter), installation and servicing of rodent stations if needed,and inspection and/or treatment of interior areas, if needed.

• Winter Service. The winter service visit concentrates on rodent control.Inspecting for new entry points and maintaining mouse and rat controlbait stations and other equipment is our main focus.Insects mostly die off or go dormant during the winter, so insect treatment is usually unnecessary (but will be performed if needed).

Some customers may not need the winter service. If that's the case, we'll tell you: We never try to sell our customers more service than they need.

Our guarantee is simple: If covered pests return between our regularly-scheduled visits, so will we, free of charge.

 

Want a Green, Organic Pest Control Solution?

We can provide environmentally-friendly, "green" pest control serviceusing only naturally-derived, organic, EcoSmart products. These productsare considered so minimally toxic that the EPA doesn't even consider them pesticides. In fact, most of them are exempt from EPA pesticide registration requirements.

Because these products have less residual effectiveness, however, green pest control has to be performed on a monthly basis to achieveexceptional control of pests. In addition, a few pest species cannot be effectively controlled using natural pest control products.
